& complete an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Support
- Assist with advertising vacancies on job boards and social media platforms.
- Source suitable candidates using recruitment databases, online platforms, and referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls and arrange interviews.
- Register candidates and ensure all required documentation is completed.
- Assist with matching candidates to suitable vacancies.
- Support consultants with arranging interviews and obtaining feedback from clients and candidates.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build positive relationships with candidates and clients.
Administration and Compliance
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records using the company’s recruitment system.
- Assist with right-to-work checks, reference requests, DBS applications (where applicable), and other compliance requirements.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and stored securely.
- Support payroll administration, timesheet collection, and onboarding processes where required.
- Comply with GDPR, confidentiality requirements, and company policies.
Customer Service
- Answer telephone and email enquiries professionally.
- Welcome visitors to the office and provide excellent customer service.
- Respond promptly to candidate and client queries or refer them to the appropriate team member.
- Promote a positive image of Cymru PSG Ltd trading as Placement Staffing Group.
Learning and Development
- Attend all apprenticeship training sessions and complete coursework within required timescales.
- Apply learning from the apprenticeship programme in day-to-day work.
- Participate in coaching, mentoring, and regular performance reviews.
- Develop knowledge of recruitment practices, employment legislation, safeguarding, equality, diversity, inclusion, and data protection.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Essential
- Willingness to learn and develop a career in recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Good written and verbal communication.
